Body Filler

We use high-density hyaluronic acid (HA) body fillers (e.g. HyaCorp or similar) or calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse®) depending on the area and goal. Both are safe, biodegradable, and have been used globally for years. HA can be reversed with hyaluronidase if needed.

It is a non-surgical alternative for subtle volume and shaping of the buttocks or hip dips — not a full BBL replacement. Large-volume surgical fat transfer achieves more dramatic results but carries higher risks. Body filler is a safer, reversible, lower-downtime option for moderate enhancement.

Varies by area and goal. Hip dips might need 20–40ml per side. Buttock contouring can require 100–200ml or more. Your doctor will assess and recommend a conservative starting volume — you can always add more over multiple sessions.

HA body fillers typically last 12–18 months. Radiesse lasts 12–18 months with some biostimulatory effect beyond that. Maintenance top-ups are typical.

Expect mild swelling, bruising, and tenderness at injection sites for 3–7 days. Avoid intense exercise, sitting directly on treated buttocks, and pressure on the area for 48–72 hours. Most clients resume desk work the next day.

In experienced hands using established products, yes. Main risks are bruising, swelling, asymmetry, and rarely, vascular issues. We use cannula technique for large-volume work and carry hyaluronidase on-site for emergencies.
