Restylane Eyelight is a hyaluronic acid filler specifically developed for the under-eye area — lower viscosity, higher lift capacity, and designed to integrate softly into the thin tear-trough skin without causing puffiness or Tyndall effect. It is CE-marked and approved for this indication.

Restylane Vital is a skin booster — micro-droplets of cross-linked hyaluronic acid delivered superficially to deeply hydrate, thicken, and improve the texture of thin, crepey skin. Used together, Eyelight addresses volume while Vital improves skin quality.

Immediate structural improvement from Eyelight, though final settling takes 1–2 weeks as swelling subsides. Vital's skin-quality improvements build over 4–6 weeks and peak at 3 months.

Depends on your anatomy. Pure hollowing benefits from Eyelight alone; crepey, dehydrated under-eye skin benefits from Vital alone; many clients have both issues and benefit from the combined protocol. Your doctor will advise at consultation.

Eyelight typically lasts 9–12 months. Vital skin-quality improvements last 4–6 months and are usually refreshed every 6 months. A combined maintenance approach keeps the area looking refreshed.

Mild bruising and swelling are common around the eyes — plan for 3–5 days of downtime. Stopping blood-thinning supplements 5–7 days before and arnica afterwards helps minimise bruising.
