A 60-second body composition scan that changes how we plan and measure outcomes.
Body treatment without measurement is guesswork. Most clients who come in asking for body work have a clear idea of their goal but no objective way to track progress. An InBody analysis takes 60 seconds and changes that.
What it measures. Body composition by segment, total fat mass, total muscle mass, visceral fat, intracellular and extracellular water balance, and segmental analysis showing how each region of the body compares to baseline. We can see exactly where muscle is sitting versus fat, where fluid is being held, and how balance changes across a treatment course.
Why this matters. Many clients see their scale weight go up during a course of body sculpting and conclude the treatment is not working. The scale does not tell the truth. An InBody scan at the start, midpoint, and end of a course shows what is actually happening, muscle gain, fat reduction, even if total weight has not moved.
The opposite also happens. A client may drop scale weight during a programme and be pleased, only for InBody to reveal that the loss was largely water and a small amount of muscle, with body fat percentage unchanged. That is a course that needs adjusting.
How we use it. We run an InBody scan before starting any sustained body programme, body sculpting, RF body, peptide-supported fat metabolism. We repeat it at three points across the protocol so we can see the trajectory. The graphs are the most honest conversation we have with clients about whether the work is delivering.
A scan can also stand alone, no commitment to a body programme, as a baseline understanding of your composition and where your priorities should be.
We do not push body programmes that the data does not support. If a client's composition is in good shape and their goal is a single contour concern, we will say so and recommend a more targeted approach.
