Why a 90-minute facial built around an enzyme masque produces results most other facials cannot.
DMK enzyme therapy is not a regular facial. It is built around a specific masque that sets firm against the skin, then uses an enzyme reaction to create what the protocol calls reverse osmosis, flushing waste from the skin tissue while drawing in nutrients.
The session takes 90 minutes and is genuinely different in sensation from any other facial. A double cleanse and exfoliation prepare the skin. The enzyme masque is applied across the face, neck, and decollete. As it sets, the skin pulses and tightens, the visible signal of the reaction working through the tissue. After around 45 minutes, the masque is gently removed and a customised serum protocol is applied.
What it is good for. Clients with sluggish circulation, dull or congested skin, persistent puffiness, mild laxity, or sensitivity that has not responded to standard hydrating facials. The enzyme work supports lymphatic clearance, improves microcirculation, and gradually firms the skin across a course of treatments.
What to expect. The first session is often a reset. Clients usually look slightly red or pink for an hour or two afterwards, then the skin settles into a brighter, firmer, more even state by the next day. The cumulative effect from a course of four to six sessions, two to four weeks apart, is meaningful skin quality improvement.
Who should be careful. Clients with active inflammatory acne, very thin or fragile skin, or recent ablative treatments may need a different starting point. Pregnant clients can usually have an adjusted protocol but we discuss it.
Pair it with. DMK enzyme therapy works particularly well alongside LED light therapy, oral antioxidant support, and a consistent at-home regimen that focuses on barrier health. We design the home protocol alongside the in-clinic plan, the two compound each other.
For clients who feel they have done everything topical and want a deeper, more clinical reset, this is the facial to consider.
