RF Microplasma creates microscopic channels of controlled RF energy and plasma in the skin — without needles or light. It still delivers deep collagen remodelling and resurfacing.
IMPACT™ is Alma's proprietary needle-free active delivery system. Ultrasound pressure waves push serums (hyaluronic acid, peptides, growth factors) deep into the dermis through the micro-channels created by RF. You get resurfacing AND regenerative serum infusion in one session.
