How we sequence treatments across three, six, and twelve months for clients with multiple goals.
Every client who walks into Ivory has more than one concern. Maybe they want their skin to glow, the volume in their cheeks to soften without filler, and the laxity in their jawline to firm up. Maybe they want all three by a specific date.
The single biggest mistake we see in this industry is treating each concern in isolation. We see clients who have had three different treatments in three different clinics, all in the same month, and the results have cancelled each other out, irritated their skin, or wasted their money.
A real treatment plan is sequenced. Some treatments need to come before others. Some pair well in the same session. Some need a buffer between them. The science of sequencing is what most clinics are not selling, and it is what separates a one-off facial from a meaningful long-term transformation.
A typical plan we build looks like this. Month one, foundations. We treat the most fundamental layer first, often hydration, barrier health, and pigmentation. This often means a bio-remodelling treatment, brightening, and a hydrating facial course.
Month two to three, texture and quality. With the foundation in place, we move to texture, fine lines, and skin remodelling. This is where microneedling, fractional laser, or gentle peels come in.
Month four to six, structure. With the skin in better condition, we can plan precise structural work if it is needed, fillers, biostimulators, threads. This is also where we layer in lifting work like Thermage or Ultherapy where indicated.
Month six to twelve, maintenance. Once the result is built, the work is keeping it. Quarterly bio-remodelling, monthly facials, annual lifting sessions, and a strict home protocol.
We map this on paper at the first consultation. You leave with a clear, written plan. We review it at every session and adjust as your skin responds. That is what personalised care actually means.
